English CLB4 or above
At least two years of work experience in the past five years
Holding a full-time and open-ended JOB OFFICER provided by an employer in BC Province
Occupation belongs to categories 0, A, and B in NOC

Application process

Customer evaluation contract signing, matching employer
Obtaining JOB OFFER (1 month)
Register and apply for an account, waiting for the invitation from the immigration bureau (2-3 months)
Received an invitation letter, submitted a complete application, and received a nomination letter from BC Province (3-6 months)
Submit work permit application, federal application (2 months)
Federal PR stage application, obtaining Maple Leaf Card after passing the medical examination (12 months)
