BC Province Employer Sponsored Immigration is a type of skilled immigration under the BC Province Nomination Program, aimed at helping local employers introduce the required foreign employees. The project requires employers to select qualified applicants, and both parties jointly apply. After passing the application, they can obtain a provincial nomination certificate and then apply to the federal government for permanent residency in Canada.

Application Requirements

  • The main applicant has a college degree or above
  • No criminal record
  • English CLB4 or above
  • At least two years of work experience in the past five years
  • Holding a full-time and open-ended JOB OFFICER provided by an employer in BC Province
  • Occupation belongs to categories 0, A, and B in NOC

Application process

  • Customer evaluation contract signing, matching employer
  • Obtaining JOB OFFER (1 month)
  • Register and apply for an account, waiting for the invitation from the immigration bureau (2-3 months)
  • Received an invitation letter, submitted a complete application, and received a nomination letter from BC Province (3-6 months)
  • Submit work permit application, federal application (2 months)
  • Federal PR stage application, obtaining Maple Leaf Card after passing the medical examination (12 months)
